Margaret is the Central and Northern Regional Manager. She is a Colorado native (rare to find one of those), having been born and raised in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. She moved to Boulder and found it was a very hard place to move away from! While in college, she volunteered and worked for the Boulder Valley school district as a professional in the community and the classroom. In the summer months she did some job coaching for Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, helping people to be successful at their jobs.

Since her days in Boulder, Margaret has stayed in the field working with people receiving services in a variety of capacities. She has worked in residential settings and vocational settings in a variety of different capacities, has done direct support work and has done a fair share of overnights too. She has also had the opportunity to work with the Resource Exchange in Colorado Springs as the Director of Case Management.

For the past several years Margaret had the opportunity to work for an international accreditation and consulting organization. Through that work, she was able to see and consult on how things work in other places, has gained extensive knowledge and has put into practice the right ways to do things.

Margaret thinks it is great to meet many new people and to develop and forge ahead with old and new relationships.
