Kathi Fritts - Director of Finance
Kathi had over 28 years’ experience in accounting and financial management in the construction and lending industries before she came to Carmel in 1999. She started as a Financial Analyst, and was promoted to head of the department as Director of Finance in 2001. Kathi oversees all financial operations of the company and has introduced many time and cost-saving measures in the Finance Department, allowing more funding to be spent on direct consumer services.
Kathi was born in Sheridan, Wyoming but spent her youngest years in Ft. Richardson, Alaska. Her family later moved back to Wyoming, where Kathi grew up. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming in Laramie in 1972 and her MBA from Regis University in Denver in 2005. Her interests include photography, playing the piano, and traveling with her husband, Jim. Kathi and Jim have been married for over 30 years and currently reside in Boulder.
